The Origin of Regenhub

Beyond most entrepreneurs, we are not only hardworking but also focusing on creating innovative products and services in such a manner leading to great businesses to both our clients and ourselves at the same time.

We started our sole proprietorship in tax profession in 1988. In 2001, it evolved into a limited company, namely “Regentax Limited”. In December 2017, a newly formed limited company “REGENHUB” was spun off from Regentax for the grounds:

• In last few years, Regentax’s engagement in business center services grown so rapidly and significantly that it became another vital and core business.

• The strong PRC economy, One Belt and One Road, and Greater Bay Area all account for substantial and continuous demands for business center services, co-working spaces and workplaces in Hong Kong.

• Clear delineation for the traditional taxation and fast growing business center services will enable efficient management and future development of these services.

• With proper input and extra effort, the spun-off of business center from Regentax to ReHublic will flourish the environment for them to rocket from their professional fields.
